As a Content Developer, you will collaborate with a skilled team of Content Developers to design examinations, curate and sustain question databases, organize and lead content development meetings, prepare assessments for publication, and oversee translation projects for examinations.

This role is situated within a dynamic, team-focused environment where precision and attention to detail are paramount. You will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of various tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your duties will encompass:

  • Facilitating both in-person and virtual workshops with subject matter experts (SMEs) to draft and evaluate exam items and compile assessments.
  • Assessing test items using best practices in evaluation and statistical performance metrics.
  • Managing item banks and assembling exam formats.
  • Collaborating closely with other departments, including Project Management, Psychometrics, and Test Publishing, to guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of developed exams.
  • Conducting quality control tasks to ensure published assessments meet content and functionality standards, remaining free of errors.

Quality control responsibilities will include validating computer-based assessments prior to publication, documenting any discrepancies according to established procedures, and executing comprehensive quality checks using proprietary software.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position allows for remote work within a secure setting, requiring proficiency in using a computer and communication tools. Occasional travel may be necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in content or test development, or related educational experience.
