Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Installation and Service Manager to join our team at SouthEnd Exteriors. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and service process, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are equipped to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation Oversight: Supervise the work of a team of Roofing Installation and Service Technicians, Leads, and Supervisors to ensure that installations are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of 10 or more associates, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals and objectives.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the installation and service process.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that installations meet our high standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Leadership and Communication: Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, providing clear guidance and direction to team members.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 4+ years of roofing installation and service experience required.
  • Skills and Abilities: Special skills required include the ability to read and use a measuring tape and other required tools for complete installation. Good interpersonal skills, verbal and written skills, and the ability to provide and/or follow detailed instructions are also essential.
Travel Requirements
  • Willingness to Travel: Willing to travel as needed.
