**Job Description**

The Commercial HVAC Service Director will have full profit and loss responsibility for Service Logic's commercial service business, including preventive maintenance, emergency service, and service projects. All service technicians, supervisors, dispatchers, and service sales professionals will report to the service manager. The service manager may need to fill some of these roles until the business grows to support additional full-time employees.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage the service business to achieve annual revenue, gross margin, and operating margin goals.

• Proactively grow the service business through promotions at both new and existing customers.

• Manage the existing service technician team and recruit additional technicians as sales growth demands.

• Participate on Service Logic's management team to support all company objectives.

• Collaborate with Service Logic's project managers to price, win, and manage new preventive maintenance agreements spun off from completed projects.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology, plus at least 4 years of applicable experience, or at least 7 years of experience as a lead commercial service technician.

• Ability to learn and use Service Logic's service operating software, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Ability to represent Service Logic to existing and prospective customers.

• Excellent phone, written, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and participate in a drug-free workplace.
