Daily Responsibilities

As a Plumbing Customer Service Representative, your day will involve ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service. Most of your time will be spent in an office environment, managing incoming calls and utilizing computer systems to assist clients with their plumbing inquiries and dispatching service requests to technicians.

With a keen eye for detail, you will schedule appointments to ensure prompt service delivery while optimizing our technicians' time and travel. Keeping clients informed and updated is a key part of your role, and you will enjoy engaging with both clients and technicians while managing a variety of tasks efficiently.
