Job Summary

As a kitchen helper/dietary aide, you will assist the cook in preparing and serving meals, place prepared food on plates/trays, and maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. You will also be responsible for delivering food and trays, washing dishes, and performing other tasks as directed by the food services director/manager or cook.

Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions
  • Perform routine, repetitive tasks daily
  • Utilize leadership skills to accomplish responsibilities without supervision
  • Meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting/carrying up to 30 pounds and standing/sitting for extended periods
