HCC Coding and Management Expert
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will lead our HCC coding and management efforts, developing and implementing best practices to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of industry trends and maintain our position as a leader in healthcare management.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HCC coding guidelines and best practices
* Conduct training sessions for staff on HCC coding and compliance
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve coding discrepancies
* Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in HCC coding and management
* Certified Medical Coder (CMC) or equivalent certification
* Strong leadership and project management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits
* Estimated annual salary: $80,000 - $100,000
