Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandise products on designated routes to ensure optimal product availability and visibility.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all accounts serviced, including ensuring that all beverage sections, racks, displays, and vendors are completely filled according to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards.
  • Operate manual and powered handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand-trucks, to transport products between backrooms and display floors.
  • Maintain and organize Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country stock as needed, ensuring a neat and organized appearance of all equipment and product in assigned accounts.
  • Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities to stay informed and competitive.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1-3 years of general work experience preferred, with prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a two or four-wheeled hand-truck and industrial power trucks.
  • Valid driver's license and a motor vehicle driving history that meets Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country guidelines.
Working Conditions:

The noise level in the work environment can be moderately noisy due to manufacturing and/or warehousing equipment in operation. Must be willing to travel to other company locations approximately 10% and attend out-of-town training and/or seminars. Must be available to work some weekends and some holidays.
