We are seeking a highly skilled BMC3 Architect to join our Strike Division Advanced Development team in Redondo Beach, California. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting technical development, architecture, and integration of emerging capabilities for our programs.
Key Responsibilities- Support technical development, architecture, and integration of emerging capabilities for each program across the Strike Division.
- Support NG architects with technical execution, including CMCC, MTC, TITAN, ABMS, and other restricted programs.
- Establish design concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration, and test across Strike Division programs.
- Responsible for serving as the primary customer contact for the technical demonstration of select rapid capability demonstration effort(s).
- Support new business and/or expand the product line with multiple Customers.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-domain C5ISRT data integration and analysis.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience integrating multi-domain sensor data across major DOD weapon systems.
- Experienced leader who has successfully built and managed 2 or more teams.
- Must have the demonstrated ability to handle multiple managerial and technical tasks simultaneously with a broad span of control.
- Must be knowledgeable of financial and business concepts required to manage for attainment of business goals.
- U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI and CI-Poly clearance.
- Master's degree in engineering with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the military.
- Demonstrated leadership skills leading a successful team to develop new technical capabilities.
- Detailed working knowledge of government networks, architecture, and data flows.
- Understanding of DOD & IC organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to create trusted relationships with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across customers and programs.
- Access to special projects.
