Job Description:
This full-time position involves collaborating with nurse managers and staff to design and deliver educational activities that enhance patient care. You'll assess learning needs, develop teaching tools and instructional materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs.

Responsibilities:
- Assess learning needs and competencies for an assigned service or population
- Develop and implement educational activities that promote quality patient care
- Collaborate with nurse managers and staff to identify and address learning gaps
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- 3+ years of experience in nursing education or a related field
- Licensed registered nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing

Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated annual salary: $75,000 - $90,000
