Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement departmental goals and objectives aligned with Ascension's strategic vision
- Direct clinical activities, including patient assessment, care plan development, and service level determination
- Prepare and monitor budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
- Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required
- Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred
