Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Lead to spearhead the development of advanced power management solutions at FutureRecruitNet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-performance power management ICs for communication systems, including LTE, GNSS, WiFi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, and other applications.
  • Create analog/power management building blocks and PMU top-level components, encompassing layout, digital, RFIC, and system design expertise.
Requirements:
  • M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with over 10 years of experience in analog/PMU design, specifically in advanced CMOS technology nodes.
  • Prior experience with SOI technology is advantageous, as is leadership experience in power management IC design.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing PMU building blocks, with aspirations for leadership roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of LDO, Bandgap, DC-DC Converter, ADC/DAC architectures, OPAMP/Amplifiers, Comparators, Analog Filters, Variable Gain Amplifiers, XTAL Oscillators, Ring Oscillator, and low-power design concepts.
  • Understanding of analog design principles, including noise analysis, linearity, mismatch, stability, offset, and analog impairments.
  • Familiarity with QFN & CSP packaging effects, supply isolations, circuit layout for optimal Analog/RF performance, EM effects, PEX (post-layout parasitic extraction).
  • Proficiency in tools like Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre RF, MATLAB, and Verilog modeling.
  • Ability to translate system requirements into circuit requirements at the IC level.
  • Experience in silicon characterization and debugging.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Over 12 years of analog/PMU design experience.
  • Leadership experience, particularly as a Technical Lead.
  • Expertise in power management IC top-level simulation and verification.
  • Mixed-mode simulation experience.
