Job Overview

Position Summary:

This role is pivotal in aiding the management of our exclusive VIP Plum Lounge personnel, adhering to established protocols. The focus is on delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction while meeting financial objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  • Engages with management and support teams regarding daily operational needs and expectations.
  • May assist in the organization, scheduling, and oversight of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth dining experiences and cost management.
  • Maintains accurate records, prepares evaluations, and analyzes performance reports.
  • Addresses guest concerns and fosters positive relations with both the public and staff.
  • Ensures a clean, safe, and hazard-free working environment within the designated area.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in fine dining, with at least one (1) year in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of wines is essential; a sommelier background is highly regarded.
  • Experience in casino food and beverage operations is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
  • Ability to comprehend and apply all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Effective communication skills in English, particularly regarding job responsibilities.
  • Capable of completing standard forms and reports.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other management personnel to enhance guest service experiences.
  • Demonstrates a high level of service to both internal and external guests.
  • Skilled in analyzing food and beverage data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
