Job Overview

At Producto, we are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time hourly position that requires working Monday through Friday with occasional overtime.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.

The successful candidate will operate computer numerical control machines to fabricate finished parts to specifications while maintaining precise tolerances. They will be responsible for loading parts into the machine, monitoring its operation, and detecting malfunctions. Additionally, they will communicate effectively with coworkers regarding production runs and maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate one or more types of computer numeric controlled production equipment, selecting appropriate settings and making necessary adjustments.
  • Follow established quality and safety standards, adhering to strict guidelines to ensure high-quality products.
  • Perform a wide range of complex duties independently under general guidance from supervisors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Comprehensive understanding of complex engineering drawings, including blueprint reading and GD&T.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong shop math skills, with the ability to calculate precise measurements and tolerances.
  • High attention to detail and self-motivation, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Work Environment

This role involves working in a manufacturing floor environment, where you will be exposed to controlled temperature conditions and standard industrial machinery.
