Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist - HR Department to join our team at Morris Bank. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job: As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including reception duties, answering phones, responding to emails, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing documents, managing files, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders through clear and concise communication.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including employee data, benefits, and performance reviews.
  • Document Creation: Create and manage workflow templates within DocuSign, including change forms, new hire checklists, termination checklists, and company policies requiring employee signatures.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Three to five years in related administrative support experience, preferably in an HR Department environment
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent organization, time management, project management, and customer service skills

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced human resources business office environment with standard office temperature and moderate noise levels
  • Requires people contact and occasional travel for training/seminars
  • Occasional weekend hours for employee events

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience

Location: Morris Bank headquarters
