Position Overview
A. Fantis is in search of a dedicated, insightful, and innovative Middle School Math Educator who possesses outstanding pedagogical skills and a profound understanding of mathematical content. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about professional growth and thrive in a collaborative environment that emphasizes continuous improvement. A strong grasp of adolescent development, a genuine passion for teaching, and alignment with the school's mission and vision are essential. It is important to note that our faculty and student body are diverse, and being Greek Orthodox is not a requirement for this role.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience teaching at the Middle School level.
- Ability to reflect on one’s practice and engage in a professional community committed to excellence.
- Capacity to foster and maintain productive, collaborative relationships.
- Understanding of child development and the significance of Social/Emotional learning in creating positive educational environments.
- Empathy, organizational skills, and compassion.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
- Potential stipends ranging from $2,000 to $10,000 for afterschool programs.
