Training Academy Coordinator

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in administration? Do you have excellent communication and organizational skills? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Training Academy team as a Training Academy Coordinator.
As a Training Academy Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Training Academy team, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and processing documents. You will also assist with scheduling travel arrangements for training participants and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Training Academy team by scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and processing documents.
- Assist with scheduling travel arrangements for training participants.
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed and accurate.
- 6 months of current Walmart operations experience.
- Successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
