Job Title: Senior Plastics Engineer

As a Senior Plastics Engineer at Michael Page, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and strategic growth in the plastics manufacturing space. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving and developing new manufacturing equipment and processes on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, improve, and evaluate new and existing equipment and processes to optimize production efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external customers to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality products.
  • Manage projects and take ownership of initiatives to drive operational excellence and strategic growth.
  • Utilize data analysis tools, such as PowerBI, to understand and improve existing processes.
  • Establish and implement plans to support improvements across the production floor.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline, such as Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Plastics.
  • 5-9 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing setting, with a background in plastics manufacturing.
  • Lean Manufacturing and SixSigma certifications.
  • Experience using PowerBI and project management tools.
  • Senior-level experience and depth of knowledge in plastics manufacturing.
