Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Executive Kitchen Manager to lead our high-volume scratch kitchen and drive culinary excellence. Key Responsibilities- Leadership

- Culinary Excellence
- Develop and maintain high-quality menu offerings that meet customer expectations and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative menu concepts and specials.
- Food Safety and Quality
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation and presentation.
- Team Development
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team that is committed to excellence.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
- 2-3 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant, preferably with scratch kitchen experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
- Demonstrated financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred certifications include ServSafe.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 per year.
