Job Description
A Corporate Service Expert (Titan Partnership Specialist) manages a portfolio of home and commercial service companies, influencing company success and shaping the future of the service industry. This role plays a key part in ensuring company revenue through various activities:
- Manages a book of business within the engagement team.
- Analyzes user engagement data and account trends to identify actionable insights and customize solutions for customers.
- Leads conversations with customers to align their company goals with usage of ServiceTitan, realizing maximum value. Coaches customers on best practices.
- Solves and manages customer requests proactively, adhering to high standards for customer experience while meeting SLAs.
- Collaborates with team members across the CSM Team and cross-functionally to meet customer needs.
- Discovers areas for improvement in the customer experience, both in product and processes.
The estimated salary range for this role in the United States is $79,000 - $113,000 USD, based on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation varies by location and will be discussed during the hiring process. The total compensation package includes an annual bonus, equity, and holistic benefits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you'll need 1+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of success. Key qualities include being a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and strong communication skills. A proven ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects, and prioritize accordingly is also essential.
