As a key player in our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our valued customers. With a strong focus on account ownership and relationship management, you will serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 100 assigned accounts.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Account Ownership: Act as a trusted advisor to your assigned accounts, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business growth and ROI.
  • Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with senior-level customer contacts, identifying and addressing their needs and pain points through proactive engagement and communication.
  • Value Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized value plans that demonstrate tangible ROI and business outcomes for our customers.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in customer success, account management, or sales.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of business operations and financial metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving complex issues and driving customer satisfaction.

  • Competitive salary range: $54,000 - $78,000 USD, depending on location and qualifications.
