Job Overview

Top Tier Reps LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Device Sales Representative to join our team. As a Medical Device Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling medical equipment to hospitals, health systems, doctor's offices, and clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cold Calling and Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by cold calling and visiting prospects on location.
  • Account Management: Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory, building strong relationships with hospital staff and administrators.
  • Product Education and Support: Educate medical staff on the benefits of medical devices, provide product demonstrations, and offer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Maximize profits by upselling and cross-selling additional products, and communicate effectively with sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to assist with strategy planning and implementation.
