Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic direction for the Engineering and Maintenance team
  • Lead efforts to develop and implement safety, quality, continuous improvement, and customer service programs
  • Develop and coach team members to higher levels of success and responsibility
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the Engineering field
  • Experience in baked goods or food manufacturing
  • 5+ years of coaching and leadership experience in a team-based environment
  • BS Degree in engineering or related field
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills
  • Experience in strategic planning processes
  • Knowledgeable in regulatory compliance (OSHA, FDA, EPA)
  • Working knowledge of MSOffice and AutoCAD
