Operations Assistant Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team at Reico. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our products to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist drivers with making timely and accurate deliveries
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers and sales teams
* Learn the duties and responsibilities of the driver position and assist other departments within Operations when needed
* Assist drivers in completing their assigned route while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance
* Ensure all cabinets are separated and stacked neatly with labels facing out
* Inspect and sign off on marble tops to insure product is delivered in good condition
* Use company check off and double check procedures to ensure accurate delivery of all materials
* Assist drivers at jobsites with backing by getting out of vehicle and guiding driver
* Report to driver check-in after completing route for the day
* Assist with the unloading of extra and returned material while at driver check-in
* Learn driver duties to include pre-trip and post-trip inspections, map reading skills, routing, and using the AS400 system
* Assist warehouse when needed and deliver special runs when returning from route

**Requirements:**

* Ability to become well-versed in all products that Reico has to offer
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
