Key Responsibilities- Support the Wealth Advisor team in providing a comprehensive suite of services to clients, including financial planning, investment management, and wealth management.
- Develop and maintain in-depth expertise in multiple industry software systems, including our Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Investment Portfolio software.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including financial information, investment portfolios, and other relevant data.
- Work closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of client projects and assignments, and to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date information for quarterly tax payments, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted on time.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, and to develop and maintain effective workflows and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as financial services, wealth management, or financial planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
