We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Operations Central Specialist to join our Wealth Advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and supporting the delivery of our integrated suite of services to affluent families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Wealth Advisor team in providing a comprehensive suite of services to clients, including financial planning, investment management, and wealth management.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth expertise in multiple industry software systems, including our Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Investment Portfolio software.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including financial information, investment portfolios, and other relevant data.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of client projects and assignments, and to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date information for quarterly tax payments, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted on time.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, and to develop and maintain effective workflows and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as financial services, wealth management, or financial planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
