We are looking for exceptional candidates with a background in luxury and lifestyle hospitality who can drive our brand's success through innovative leadership, strategic thinking and a deep commitment to delivering unparalleled guest experiences.

This role is perfect for dynamic individuals who are eager to make a significant impact on the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to ensure the hotel's alignment with Proper Hospitality's mission, vision and values. Additionally, you will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring efficiency, quality and adherence to brand standards.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. With our expanding portfolio, you will have the chance to lead in some of the world's most exciting destinations and develop your skills as a leader in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to ensure the hotel's alignment with Proper Hospitality's mission, vision and values
  • Drive the overall success of the property, including financial performance, guest satisfaction and team engagement

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in luxury and lifestyle hospitality, preferably in senior leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-end hotel operations and driving exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial management
  • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and service excellence
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
