Program Manager

CSEngineering is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager with a strong background in Microsoft technologies, particularly the Power Platform. In this essential role, you will provide strategic direction and oversight for the design, development, and deployment of business and enterprise solutions utilizing Power Platform for government clients. Your responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders, assessing business needs, and leveraging Microsoft Power Platform capabilities to foster innovation, enhance processes, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Additionally, you will conduct sector-specific research to pinpoint trends and opportunities for technological advancements, employing value network analysis and information mapping methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of delivering comprehensive software solutions as a project or program manager. You will also play a crucial role in expanding our Microsoft practice by identifying and addressing market demands and client requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee a portfolio of applications with a centralized team of developers, architects, QA, and DevSecOps engineers.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the team adheres to the established timeline.
  • Identify risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and keep clients informed through regular updates.
  • Collaborate with the team to formulate business and enterprise architecture strategies, offering insights and best practices to align technology solutions with organizational objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams, to gather requirements and define business processes and system integrations.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture blueprint that meets industry standards and security protocols.
  • Design and supervise the implementation of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365.
  • Lead the assessment and integration of additional Microsoft technologies and third-party applications, ensuring compatibility with Power Platform.
  • Work with security and compliance teams to uphold data privacy and regulatory standards.
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance existing processes through effective use of Microsoft Power Platform.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • PMP or Agile Certification is essential.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in program/project management roles focusing on Microsoft technologies, especially Power Platform.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and the ability to apply architectural principles to practical scenarios.
  • Skilled in evaluating business requirements and developing architectural designs that address complex needs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a talent for translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Proven leadership skills with the capacity to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in mentoring junior architects and development teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of security protocols and regulatory compliance related to enterprise architecture and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate with clients and stakeholders as necessary.
  • Must be a US Citizen.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree is preferred.
  • Microsoft Azure or other Microsoft Certifications are advantageous.
