Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Visit Supervision Specialist to join our team at Life Support Behavioral Institute.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized treatment plans, conducting intakes and assessments, and creating group and individual treatments using evidence-based methods. They will also be required to adhere to all licensing and facility requirements, perform wellness checks, and maintain accurate client records.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Conduct thorough intakes and assessments to identify client needs
  • Create and deliver group and individual treatments using evidence-based methods
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing and facility requirements
  • Perform routine wellness checks to monitor client well-being
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client treatment plan documentation
Requirements
  • Minimum degree in counseling, social work, or related field
  • Experience in behavioral health preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
  • Current license in behavioral sciences
