Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Okaloosa Correctional Institution in Crestview, Florida.

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will work under the close direction of nursing, medical, and psychiatric staff to provide direct patient care to incarcerated individuals. Responsibilities include assisting patients with personal hygiene, daily living needs, and vital sign monitoring.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with personal hygiene and daily living needs
  • Monitor patients' vital signs
  • Work under the close direction of nursing, medical, and psychiatric staff
Qualifications:
  • Florida CNA license or ability to obtain license
  • Current CPR certification
  • One year experience in acute care, long-term care, emergency, or correctional setting preferred
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance, including a drug screen and criminal background check
Available Shift:

Days, 7AM-3:30PM; Monday-Friday
