Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and caring Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct care to our residents and patients in a skilled nursing home setting. As a CNA, you will assist with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility, prioritizing the wellbeing and dignity of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct care to residents and patients, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility
  • Aid in daily tasks, such as laundry, transportation, and mail delivery
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Medication reminders and observation of residents' condition and status
  • Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents
  • Assist in dining, including escorting residents to the dining room and serving
  • Provide companionship and conversation
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Completion of a state-approved CNA certification course
  • Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to perform essential job duties
  • Ability to treat and care for seniors with dignity and respect
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
