- Communicate with Stakeholders: Communicate with various stakeholders, including ride manufacturers, government agencies, and other departments, to ensure that all maintenance activities are coordinated and completed effectively.
- Perform Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of rides, equipment, and facilities to identify and address any potential safety or maintenance issues.
- Ensure Employee Safety: Ensure that all employees are provided with a safe working environment, and that all safety protocols and procedures are followed.
- Manage Budgets: Manage budgets and resources to ensure that maintenance activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 6-10 years of experience in park operations and/or construction and maintenance management.
- Skills: General knowledge of engineering principles and biodynamics, budget preparation and adherence, cost control, and ability to work with subcontractors.
- Certifications: Ability to pass a mandatory drug test and background check.
