Key Responsibilities:


Lead the kitchen operations, ensuring all culinary activities comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Work closely with the Executive Chef to design and implement menus for our dining establishment.

Maintain the exceptional standards of guest satisfaction that our brand is known for.

Foster a positive workplace culture by focusing on the coaching and development of our team members. You will be responsible for all aspects of people management within the department, including recruitment, training, and mentoring.

Proactively share insights and suggestions to enhance the culinary environment and menu offerings.


Ensure consistency in food preparation for both a la carte and buffet menus, adhering to property recipes and standards.

Communicate effectively with the team and actively seek guest feedback.

Administrative Duties:
Scheduling shifts, managing inventory, and other related tasks.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of culinary experience as a Head Chef in a comparable establishment.

Experience in multi-outlet operations is advantageous.

Proven experience managing unionized staff.

Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Candidates should possess comprehensive culinary skills and a diverse culinary background. Experience in luxury hotels is preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.


Thorough understanding of statutory regulations and requirements related to food handling, including extensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.


Able to work independently while also demonstrating strong leadership qualities to guide kitchen staff.
