Hamilton-Ryker is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Grant Secretary. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to program staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to program staff, including participant recruitment, selection, and service delivery.
- Assist the Director with the reconciliation of program budgets and submit monthly budget reports.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive program files and review for completeness.
- Assist program staff with the maintenance of program databases.
- Adhere to and provide feedback on policies and procedures to ensure efficient office/program operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, tasks, projects, and assignments with minimal supervision.
- Experience with budget management/reconciliations.
- Ability to develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive records and files.
- Effective writing and speaking skills.
- Experience with computer software (Microsoft suite) and database management platforms.
