Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily schedules of Service Technicians, dispatch technicians efficiently, arrange follow-up visits, and maintain clear communication with both team members and clients. Ensure the customer database is current and prepare service invoices accurately.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining organized
- Familiarity with geographical locations or map reading
- Proficient in computer operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in customer service or dispatching roles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry
- Three or more years of experience as an HVAC Dispatcher
