Key Responsibilities

Lead optimization initiatives, break/fix support, release management, new feature deployments, and process improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions, including interactions with offshore team members. Gather requirements from client users via KPMG requirements templates and configure, test, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT); perform or assist with migration to PROD.



Required Skills and Experience

Minimum of five years of Oracle implementations and/or five years of recent post-production support. Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited college/university. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM, and service desk management. Ability to support multiple clients and work tickets in a timely manner.
