About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Campus Events Coordinator at Hall of Fame Village. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for assisting in the activation and coordination of campus events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Activation: Assist in creating, developing, and implementing programming across campus, including event concepts, logistics, and execution.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate with the events team to maximize attendance, engage guests, and attract business sponsors as needed.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure long-term patronage and event success.
  • Event Execution: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual services.
  • Communication: Respond promptly to inquiries, emails, and phone calls, maintaining open communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, including event details, client information, and financial data.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance event execution and guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, sports marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in event management, sales, or a related field, preferably in the entertainment industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, work in various weather conditions, and move safely over uneven terrain.
