Position Summary: The Embroidery & Screen Printing Account Specialist will take charge of the daily functions within our embroidery and screen printing sectors. Core Responsibilities:
- Production Oversight:
- Supervise the daily activities of the embroidery and screen printing divisions.
- Coordinate production timelines to meet client expectations and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Guarantee compliance with quality benchmarks for all produced items.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for necessary materials and equipment.
- Leadership:
- Guide and mentor staff, including embroidery technicians, screen printers, and support staff.
- Promote a cooperative and positive workplace atmosphere.
- Conduct performance assessments and provide continuous feedback.
- Client Relations:
- Act as the main contact for client inquiries and issues.
- Offer tailored support to clients, including order customization and problem resolution.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Account Management:
- Oversee client accounts, including order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Address any issues related to orders, quality, or service promptly.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Compile reports on production metrics, customer feedback, and financial performance.
- Maintain precise records of inventory, orders, and client interactions.
