Nursing Leadership Position at UW Health

The Clinic Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Deming Way Clinic, ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered in a compassionate environment. The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience.
Main Responsibilities- Manage clinic staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and training.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning among staff members.
- Maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum TWO years of RN experience, with ONE year of leadership experience preferred.
- RN licensure in the state where employed and relevant certifications highly valued.
