Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of RN Case Managers and RN Care Coordinators in providing high-quality patient care
  2. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  3. Foster effective communication among healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  4. Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and clinical standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience
  • Prior leadership experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year
