Key Responsibilities- Design and implement configuration changes to our financial software systems
- Resolve production support issues and design/implement enhancements to our financial systems
- Work directly with vendors to resolve software bugs or identify solutions for data or configuration issues
- Resolve integration issues, including design/implementation of fixes to existing integrations
- Perform routine system maintenance; design new maintenance approaches to ensure a highly functioning system
- Monitor and fix data for accuracy and integrity
- Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports and queries – both standard and custom (MS SQL/SSRS)
- Lead discussions and collaborate with analytics team on downstream impacts of data modeling or business process changes
- Lead discussions with Information Technology (IT) team where cross-team collaboration is required to meet system needs
- Participate in vendor and industry user groups to learn best practices and share information
- Plan for and lead upgrades
- Bachelor's degree in related field of study or equivalent relevant experience; advanced education in computer science a plus
- 5+ years' experience configuring third party applications, working with software vendors, resolving production support issues, designing technical solutions, and providing overall technical support for complex financial software (minimum of 2+ years must include billing in either legal or medical industry; minimum of 2+ of years must be contiguous in the same company)
- 2+ years' experience in legal industry where role required deep knowledge of accounting business processes and accounting best practices, and where internal colleagues and internal customers included staff and leadership of accounting organization
- Intermediate MS SQL, T-SQL, ETL knowledge and prior experience working with large third party databases; SSRS experience, preferred
- 1+ years' experience .Net development (ability to read, understand and make changes to a complex script; ability to create a basic script)
- 1+ years' experience working full time in a business unit outside of IT where day-to-day colleagues included business-side, non-technical staff
- Experience working in an unstructured, complex environment in a role that requires autonomous, self-directed management of priorities and tasks
- Experience in a mid-sized company with multiple locations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with clients, attorneys, staff members, and other business contacts, are required
- Ability to communicate and handle stressful situations in a professional, calm, courteous manner
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, service environment
- Must be detail oriented, able to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and able to work in an efficient and organized manner

The annualized salary range for this position in Washington is $101,000 to $116,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate's education, training, experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, telemedicine and virtual short term solution based counseling services, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, subsidized backup care and caregiving resources, 401(k), vacation, sick time, 11 paid holidays each year and an employee assistance program. For full-time employees, the initial vacation benefit is 15 days per year and 11 days of sick leave per year, accrued bi-weekly. Additional voluntary programs include: voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary long term care, and pet insurance. Commuter and Transit programs are also available.
California
The annualized salary range for this position in Los Angeles is $100,000 to $114,000; and in San Francisco is $118,000 to $135,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The annualized salary range for this position in New York City is $130,000 to $147,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, telemedicine and virtual short term solution based counseling services, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, subsidized backup care and caregiving resources, 401(k), vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
