h3Job Overview/h3pWe are seeking a highly skilled Trust Officer to join our team at First Western. As a key member of our trust administration team, you will play a vital role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals./ppAs a Trust Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with trust accounts, developing and retaining satisfied and loyal clients, and identifying other potential bank products to help solve client needs./ppYou will work closely with our Jackson Hole team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations. Your expertise in trust administration and estate planning will be essential in analyzing complex estate planning needs and identifying and presenting solutions to meet client goals./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliMaintain relationships with trust accounts to develop and retain satisfied and loyal clients./liliInitiate and attend meetings with beneficiaries and portfolio managers to recommend potential additions or changes to wealth planning objectives./liliApprove and direct disbursement of fiduciary funds, oversee the preparation of federal and state tax returns for trusts, and ensure compliance with state and federal rules and regulations./liliBe an internal and external thought leader, providing training to clients and associates on estate planning and tax matters./liliAdminister complex trust relationships and planning activities to support the growth and development of the Profit Center's trust portfolio./liliPartner with the Director of Wealth Planning to create and deliver fiduciary-oriented wealth plans./liliCollaborate with other teams to advise prospective, new, and existing clients with a holistic approach that encompasses all products and services of the bank./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliFluency with TrustDesk and all related systems employed in trust administration./liliProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional Excel skills./liliExperience with CRM preferred./liliHigh initiative and follow-through./liliAbility to work independently and with a team./liliExperience working with high net-worth individuals./liliExcellent written and verbal communications skills, and ability to present to clients and prospects./liliAble to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and self-starter./li/ulpEducation and Experience:/ppJD Juris Doctor (JD); CTFA also acceptable with significant relevant work experience./pp3-5 years Trust administration and/or experience as an attorney specializing in trust & estate planning./ppFinancial Designation Upon Hire Required CTFA Upon Hire Required/ppWhat We Offer:/ppAt First Western, we pride ourselves on our culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
