Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the SAP Platform management team to ensure high-quality, standardized solutions.
  • Analyze and resolve complex platform issues, collaborating with the SAP Support team as needed.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance platform stability and efficiency.
  • Coach and train team members to develop stronger technical skills and optimize the SAP infrastructure.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of SAP platform management experience.
  • 4+ years of AWS Cloud infrastructure management experience.
  • Experience leading a team of full-time employees and contractors.
  • SAP Platform security configurations.
  • SAP Database management and maintenance.
  • Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP systems.
  • SAP BTP Cloud management and integration experience.
  • Critical platform support, incident management & resolution, and root cause investigation experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred in Computer Science and/or Business Administration or Equivalent.
  • Ability to work with large, distributed teams onshore and offshore.
  • Experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • SAP Certified Technology Associate.
