Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team at a school in American Falls, ID. As an SLPA, you will play a vital role in supporting students with speech and language disorders, working collaboratively with licensed Speech Language Pathologists to develop and implement effective therapy programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with licensed Speech Language Pathologists to design and implement speech therapy programs that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group speech and language interventions to students, utilizing evidence-based practices and strategies.
  • Assist in conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs, and develop targeted interventions to address these needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress, ensuring effective communication with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and academic growth for students with speech and language disorders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Active or pending SLPA licensure valid in the state of Texas.
