Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions related to premier properties.
  • Support accounts payable processing as required.
  • Prepare and manage batch deposits, ensuring receivables are accurately posted to tenant accounts using Yardi.
  • Maintain cash balances per client specifications and handle transfer and funding requests.
  • Execute month-end closing procedures, including the preparation of financial and cash flow statements.
  • Manage recurring payments such as mortgages, insurance, and other miscellaneous expenses.
  • Review and authorize all accounts payable and payment disbursements, along with tenant database modifications, ledgers, and rent rolls.
  • Assist in annual recovery reconciliations and estimated tenant billing processes.
  • Ensure consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years of accounting experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Experience with Yardi software is advantageous.
