Job Summary

The Proposal Engineer plays a critical role in leading the technical aspects of proposals in response to our customers' power generation needs. This position requires a strong understanding of technical proposal development, project specifications, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead technical proposal development, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and project specifications.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and data sheets to support proposed work.
  • Support site walk-downs, inspections, and pre-bid meetings to ensure accurate project understanding.
  • Solicit and review technical input and quotations from internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Responsible for maintaining and developing the project's financial estimate.
  • Participate in bid reviews by presenting technical strategy and details.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of field experience in power generation equipment or power generation construction, preferably.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
