Position Overview:
As a vital part of the kitchen operations at Miller's Ale House, you will play a key role in ensuring that our restaurant maintains its high standards of cleanliness and food preparation. Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining adherence to all service standards to foster a loyal customer base.
  • Preparing and portioning food items as directed.
  • Assisting culinary staff as needed, which may include taking on specific cooking stations.
  • Complying with all food safety and handling regulations.
  • Collaborating with both back-of-house and front-of-house team members to meet operational needs promptly.
  • Providing a steady supply of clean dishes and utensils for kitchen staff.
  • Ensuring that work areas are well-stocked and ready for the next shift.
  • Meeting the minimum age requirement of 18 years at the time of employment.
  • Being flexible with your schedule, including late nights, holidays, and weekends.
