Key Responsibilities:
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will:
- Uphold all restaurant service standards to create loyal customers.
- Assist in food preparation and portioning to meet our quality standards.
- Support culinary staff as needed, occasionally taking on specific stations.
- Comply with food safety regulations and handling requirements.
- Collaborate with both back-of-house and front-of-house team members to fulfill all operational needs promptly.
- Maintain a steady supply of clean dishware and utensils for culinary use.
- Ensure workstations are stocked and ready for the next shift.
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of hiring.
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including late nights, holidays, and weekends.
