About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate III to join our team at Tapestry. As a Sales Associate III, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Service:
    • Develop and execute personal sales and clienteling strategies to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers to increase sales and retention.
    • Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and make informed sales recommendations.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Workplace and Environment:
    • Create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and management to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales strategies.
    • Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Operations:
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, backroom, and visual merchandising displays.
    • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
    • Replenish inventory and process shipments as needed to ensure a well-stocked store.
    • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical: Basic computer skills, including the ability to use a point-of-sale system and mobile devices.
  • Physical: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
