The ERP Systems Production Lead at Harvard University is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IT systems, including the configuration, scripting, testing, scheduling, and maintenance of several hundred term-based batch workflows for the Extension and Summer Schools. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years' post-secondary education or relevant work experience, supervisory experience, and knowledge of Ellucian Banner production environment, Broadcom Automic Application Manager, and Informatica.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $110,000-$145,000 per year, based on national averages for similar positions in the United States. Our hybrid workplace model provides flexibility and allows employees to work from home or on campus, depending on their preference.

As part of our team, you will lead the definition of system and service requirements, perform gap analysis, and identify ways to fully leverage baseline functionality of current ERP platforms. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear system requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
