Key Responsibilities
The Senior Director of DEI will be responsible for leading our efforts to create a more inclusive workplace, including:
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Fostering a culture of inclusion throughout the organization
- Working with cross-functional teams to identify and address barriers to inclusion
- Developing programs to attract, retain, and advance diverse talent
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of DEI principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You should also be able to think strategically, and drive results-oriented initiatives.
