Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Milwaukie Hospital. As a Charge Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of dedicated nurses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
